Dr. Noah Benninga

Post Doctoral Fellow

Noah Benninga is a postdoctoral fellow at the Richard Koebner Minerva Center at the Hebrew University. His PhD, ‘The Material Culture of Prisoners in Auschwitz’ (Hebrew University), uses witness testimony to study the material culture and everyday life of prisoners in the ‘Metropolis of Death’.

Hanan Harif

Dr. Hanan Harif

Hanan Harif is a lecturer at the Rothberg International School of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. In 2014-2015 he was a fellow at the Katz Center for Advanced Judaic studies at the University of Pennsylvania, and in 2016-2017 at the Tel-Aviv University.


Hilla Lavie

PhD Fellow

Hilla Lavie is writing her dissertation at the Koebner center for German History, the Hebrew University Jerusalem. Her research focuses on the representations of Israel and Israelis in West German films during the 1960s and 1970s, supervised by ProfMoshe Zimmermann and Dr. Ofer Ashkenazi.
